Telehealth Coinsurance & Reimbursement Policy Update

CMS recently updated MLN Matters SE20016 that significantly alters G2025 reimbursement policy. See MLN Matters SE20016 Telehealth Services with Cost Sharing on how CPT code G2025 will be paid. The MAC will be going back to January 27, 2020 and adjusting all paid claims. As you can see, if the charge for CPT code G2025 is less than the $92.03 the clinic will get the lesser of the charge or the $92.03.
