2021 Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule Released

CMS Finalizes Principal Care Management for Rural Health Clinics The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released their 2021 Physician Fee Schedule final rule. Rural Health Clinics will be able to bill for Principal Care Management services beginning in 2021. Principal Care Management (PCM) services are very similar to Chronic Care Management (CCM) services with the key distinction being that PCM services can be provided to Medicare beneficiaries with only one (instead of two) chronic condition.
